This list provides practical, everyday guidelines designed to promote mutual respect and consideration for one another. These expectations are in place to protect our home and ensure the well-being of its current members and all future members. Some of these rules may seem challenging at first, but they are essential for maintaining a harmonious living environment. Note that violations of these rules will result in the termination of the agreement.

• Guests & Overnights: No overnight guests or sexual activity. Guests must be supervised; no active users allowed.
• Medications: No sharing; keep out of view.
• Respect & Cleanliness: Respect housemates’ space and belongings. No theft or misuse of items. Keep personal and shared areas clean, maintain hygiene, and complete assigned chores. Label food items and ensure space for others.
• Meetings & Chores:  Meetings are held when necessary; attendance is required. Chores rotate weekly and include kitchen, bathroom, trash, outside and shared areas. Fines apply for missed meetings or incomplete chores.
• Conduct & Noise: Keep noise levels reasonable; quiet hours are 10 PM–7 AM. Engage positively with housemates. Disruptive behavior, violence, or relapse leads to termination.
• Utilities & Shared Resources: Turn off electronics when not in use. Keep the thermostat between 68–78°F. Non-compliance with utility rules may increase rent. Follow laundry and dishwasher schedules(7 AM–9 PM). 
• Financial Responsibilities: Rent is due on the 1st, and will be considered late after the 3rd ($30 daily fee). If unpaid by the 8th at 1 PM, the agreement is terminated, and immediate move-out is required.
• Safety & Drug Policy: Firearms are strictly prohibited on the property. Random drug tests may be conducted as needed and are mandatory before move-in. No smoking inside.
• Conflict Resolution & Emergencies: Handle conflicts respectfully; unresolved issues go to the supervisor or CEO. Violence, threats, theft, or harassment leads to termination and police involvement.
• Relocation & Termination: Must provide 30-day notice before moving out. No refunds for early departure or rent paid in advance. Community fee are non-refundable.
• By residing in this property, you acknowledge and agree that security cameras are installed and actively recording video and audio in common areas only, both inside and outside the premises. These cameras are in place for the safety and security of all residents and staff. Tampering with the security system is strictly prohibited. You agree not to disconnect, unplug, cover, or remove any security camera or related equipment unless you have received explicit permission from the CEO, House Supervisor, or Property Manager. Violation of this policy may result in immediate termination of residency or other disciplinary action.
• By residing in this home, you agree to comply with all current house rules. Rules are subject to change, and new rules may be added at any time, with or without prior notice. Continued stay in the home implies agreement to any such updates or additions.
